Bought this car about 18 months ago, and have worked to make it nice, but notTOO nice. Car shows 48000 miles, but who knows if that is correct. The body is straightexcept for one small dent in the driver's door. Paint andstripes are new. Interior has been redone with carpet, door panels and seatcovers from Newton Commercial in England, which is generally regarded as thepremier interior supplier for these cars. Upper dash pad has no cracks, andappears as new. Dashboard has been replaced with a darker wood than original, and looks decent, but finish could look a bit better. The Florida sun has notbeen kind to it. A Pioneer CD/tuner also lives in the dash, with speakers intheir own enclosure behind the seats so nothing was cut up on the caritself. Engine starts up and purrs. The weak link in these engines, the thrustwashers on the rear main bearing, needed attention when I bought the car. Thanksto the great guys at custom thrust washers.com, new tough alloy washers weremade and installed. Also, the rear main bearing cap was machined to hold anupper and lower washer to create a full 360 degree bearing surface, instead ofthe 180 good old British Leyland engineered. The car doesn't overheat, stall or anything else. The clutch, pressure plate and throw outbearing were also replaced about 500 miles ago. Everything shifts as new. The car stops straight. I have left the mainly because it.

1971 Triumph TR6 - Chicago, ILEvolve Motors - Evolve MotorsChicago, IL 60618Ph: 7732672684Web: www. evolve-motors.comOptions:Description:1971 Triumph TR6 61,094 Miles In Montana Since New – DRY! 4-Speed Manual Transmission Fresh Paint! Vin # CC66596 L Evolve Motors is pleased to present this 1971 Triumph TR6! Exterior: These cars sure do look handsome in British Racing Green. This car received a fresh coat of British Racing Green paint just last year. Paint is B quality; it shows very well but in the inside corners of the truck there’s slight evidence of the Signal Red paint that the car originally wore. Paint presents well; the only spot to note is a light scuff on the driver rear quarter (see photo), which very well may buff out. There are no dents or dings, the car has clearly always been babied. The convertible top and boot are in great shape, with no tears or significant scuffs. Chrome is in good shape and shines well, though there is a dent on the bottom of the center of the chrome front bumper. Interior: Interior also presents well. The driver’s seat was reupholstered earlier this year. There are no tears, scuffs, or cracks to be found anywhere throughout the interior. Wooden dash face is in good shape, though it does shows slight aging. Gauges are all functional and intact, with no patina or cracking. Underbody/Under the Hood: Having spent it’s entire life garaged in Montana, the car is phenomenally well-preserved. Please look through the underbody and trunk photos, there’s no rust to be found anywhere. At the very front of the driver’s side frame rail we do see evidence of some sort of repair – there’s a weld in place, which is documented in the photos. The car runs and drives very well, better than the large majority of Triumphs I’ve driven. Shifts are quick and smooth, suspension is solid and confidence-inspiring, and braking is straight and consistent. Overall, this a very nice, rust-free example that drives even better than it looks.

1960 triumph tr3-a - chicago, ilevolve motors - evolve motorschicago, il 60618ph: 7732672684web: www. Evolve-motors. Comoptions:description:1960 triumph tr-3a mostly original – only 59,543 miles just in time for summer!! Original wire wheels racing-style windscreens wood steering wheel excellent condition / driver quality roadster 1st british production car to offer front disc brakes! Ppi's welcome evolve motors is pleased to present this fun-loving 1960 triumph tr-3a the year was 1960. “the flinstones” hit the tv screen for the first time, cassius clay was exploding onto the boxing scene, and the british automaker, triumph, was building one of the sportiest and fun-to-drive autos ever, the tr-3a. Driving this car invokes emotion, so simple yet so pure. The wood-wrapped steering wheel seems larger than life, to make up for the lack of power steering. Before we hit the road though, let’s give it a thorough once-over. As we take a walk around the exterior of this little roadster, we quickly realize how incredibly solid all of the sheet metal is. With no signs of rust or corrosion over the years, the only thing that is apparent about this triumph is how well it was cared for. What it is, though, is a super-solid, driver-quality car that really needs nothing to be enjoyed right away. We were told that it did undergo a light restoration a couple of decades ago, sometime in the mid-90’s, including a full re-paint. The quality of the paint is still good, but does show some paint chips along the hood and fenders on either side. The chrome is all in great shape, aside from one of the rear “bumpers” on the driver side, where the plating must have flaked away over the years. The front bumpers show a few dings, again, as the car was, and is, driven regularly. The orignal body panels are all nice and straight, and line up as they should. We do note one small crease in the trunk lid, measuring about the length of my hand. The only other noticeable blemish comes at the top of the grill opening, where it looks as if some of the paint had been touched up or repaired after flaking. The original wire wheels were a rare option, and have weathered perfectly with the rest of the car. Take a scroll through all of the pictures, as we make no attempts to misrepresent this 56 year old survivor. The interior is really very basic, and really very clean. Red on black two-tone sets this car off from the rest of the pack. The leather / suede seats are in excellent condition, showing no signs of wear and tear. The carpet is clean and stain / fade free. The view from the driver’s seat is nice and tidy, with no age marks, cracks, or sun fade in the leather clad dash. Let’s not forget those vintage aero screen windshields that give it that british racing demeanor. The gauges all appear to be in good working order, including the odometer, which reads 59,543 miles. Turn the key, pull the choke, hit the start button, and try not to crack a smile as the 1991cc inline 4 cylinder ... Bucket Seats
