Up for sale we have a very sweet frame-on restored 1970 ford torino cobra with amarti report! Painted in the gorgeous, original grabber green, the car wasrestored with all ford parts and the turn-out was amazing! The car has a "built"429 big block ford that was completely gone through and no expenses were spared. The car has a/c with a brand new pump but it needs plumbing to be complete andoperational (it is a factory a/c car). -4-speed manual transmission with hurstshifter. -4. 11 gears-mild cam (has a nice rumble)-headers -3 inch exhaust withflow-master mufflers (the car sounds amazing!) -brand new magnum wheels withbrand new tires. The body on the car is very straight and all body panels are ingreat shape! The car was built to drive, not to be a trailer queen. It runs anddrives great and has plenty of power! What makes it rare isthe fact that the car was specially ordered with a/c, a factory bench seat and a4 speed. I am selling the car because i don'tdrive it, due to a growing business that takes up all of my time. Air Conditioning

1971 ford torino - chicago, ilevolve motorschicago, il 60618ph: 7732672684web: www. Evolve motors and chicago car club are pleased to present this 1971 ford torino gt! We purchased this ‘71 torino gt from a gentleman in north dakota who had had the car sitting in his garage for many years. Decades ago, after purchasing the car from new mexico, he had begun to prepare the car for restoration but lost steam and stopped early on in the process. We’re big fans of torino gts here at evolve motors, so we purchased the car on a whim, knowing very little about it other than the fact that it had the factory ram air option. We were intrigued by the fact that the car seemed to be very highly-optioned, but was a 351, rather than a 429 cobra jet. We ordered the marti report, and were pleasantly surprised by the findings. As much as we’d love to restore the car and hold onto it, we’ve decided to present the car as-is and offer it up as a fantastic full restoration candidate. We’ve included a photo of how this car would look as optioned from the factory. Things to know: - sinclair sticker on the windshield indicates the car had an oil change in january of 1975 at 44,345 miles. The original wheels are not with the car. - the car has been in dry states (new mexico and north dakota) since new. As a result, metal has held up well. There is only one through rust spot to be found anywhere on the car. It is at the bottom of the driver’s side rear quarter. Frame rails are in great shape. - the only piece of trim that would appear to be missing is the passenger side grill piece - additional parts that will come with the car include the original radio, both rocker trim pieces, fog lights, side markers, two hubcaps, front and rear door panels, roll-up window handles, and a variety of interior chrome pieces. The Torino Cobra included a 351-4V rated at 285 hp (213 kW), a 4-speed manual with a Hurst shifter, F70-14 tires Cobra emblems, competition suspension, hub caps, and a blacked out grille. Although the high-performance 429 Cobra Jets were still rated at the same power as the 1970 models, Super Stock and Drag Illustrated had disap. Comoptions:description:1970 ford torino convertible marti report 351cid v-8 / fmx automatic trans 85,280 miles vin # oh37m125699 0: 1970 h: built at lorain 37: torino gt 2-door convertible m: 351-4v v-8 engine 125699: serial number build date: 12/11/1969 original color: n (pastel blue, ford #921-a) trim: yb (blue knitted vinyl bucket seats) axle: 6 (3. 00 conventional rear axle) transmission: x (fmx select shift automatic) evolve motors is pleased to present this 1970 ford torino convertible! This well-sorted, well-documented example is one sharp looking torino. Exterior: the car’s midnight blue paint, applied in 1983 (receipt in hand), has withstood the test of time quite well. Paint shines bright, but isn’t without some slight aging. Areas to be aware of include the driver’s side lower rear fender/wheel well, where there is some slight fading, and the driver’s door crease, where there is a little bit of chipping. There is also some chipping on the underside of the front bumper. None of which are glaring by any means, but worth noting. Chrome pieces all show well, with very limited signs of aging. Wheels are in excellent shape, with no curb rash or chipping. The powered top is in great shape as well, with no stains, discoloring, tears, or scuffs. The body is totally straight, with no dents or dings to be found. Interior: the interior presents similarly well to the exterior, well-preserved but a little bit tired. The driver’s seat shows some wear in the form of a burst seam on the lower left corner, and the rear seat belts are fraying a bit. Other than that, the interior is very nice. The blue seats, blue carpet, blue paint, and white top give the car a great period look. The steering wheel is hard not to love, with its slightly patina’d wood. Powered systems are all functional, including the top, radio, heat, ac, lights, and windows. Dash is in great shape, with no cracks or scuffs. Odometer is functional and the 85,238 mile reading is accurate. Under the hood / underbody: the car starts first turn, idles steady and cool, tracks straight down the road, pulls hard, and stops well. There are no noises or tendencies of concern. Underneath, rust is limited to surface, nothing structural. Floors are solid, as are the rockers. There is a bit of corrosion at the very bottom of the driver’s side front fender, behind the wheel. Again, not structural, but worth noting. Overall, this is a well-sorted torino gt convertible that is ready to be enjoyed. Wouldn’t hesitate to drive it anywhere. Bucket Seats✔ Air Conditioning
